BIOGRAPHY:

Jose "Joe" Soto III is a co-founder and managing partner of Facilitated Growth. Since its inception in 2011, he has been actively involved in all aspects of the Firm’s operation and is credited with catapulting Facilitated Growth toward the success it now enjoys.

Joe specializes in structuring investment opportunities, financial planning, limited partner relations, and organizational management. He is responsible for bringing many of the Firm's present clients on board and then to profitability.

Joe is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues. Despite being under 40 years of age, his achievements to date are especially notable. Joe has fostered countless lucrative partnerships, recruited and engaged numerous top-tier professionals, and facilitated more than $100M in funding in just the past decade.

Joe began his career in finance as a commercial banking specialist for Quadrant Funding in New York City. He then accepted a position as chief financial officer for Jurassic Industries Inc., the largest ostrich ranching operation in North America. Shortly after refining operations and bringing the ranch to profitability, Joe teamed up with Phil Warth and the pair went on to co-found Facilitated Growth.

Joe graduated from the Walker School of Business at Mercyhurst University, where he majored in finance. He played four years of Lacrosse as a defensive mid-fielder for the Lakers and went to two Final Four conferences before completing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors in HRIM.
