Our History
​Founded in 2011, Facilitated Growth began as an operational and strategic consulting group focused on helping mid-market companies improve performance, prepare for growth, and attract financing opportunities.
Over time, clients increasingly turned to FG to help identify strategic growth opportunities and provide guidance through transactions. The need was clear: smaller private companies lacked access to high-quality transaction support without engaging a high-level investment bank.
Recognizing this gap, FG's advisory group evolved into a dedicated transaction advisory practice - one that combines hands-on experience with institutional process, tailored for the lower middle market.
